Saucony

PWRRUN PB and the rocker that made tempo shoes fun

Saucony's Endorphin line reset the idea of what a non-race shoe could feel like: a nylon plate, a strong rocker and light PEBA foam in a shoe you can actually train in every week. The Ride and Triumph handle the traditional daily duties.

The technology

PWRRUN PB
Expanded PEBA beads — light, bouncy and long-lasting for a performance foam. It carries the Endorphin Speed, Pro and Elite.
SPEEDROLL
Saucony's rocker geometry. Aggressive enough to feel like it pulls you forward, and the main reason the Endorphin line feels fast at moderate pace.
PWRRUN+ / PWRRUN HG
The daily and premium cushioning foams in the Triumph and Ride — softer, denser and more durable than PB.
CenterPath (stability)
A wide base and sculpted sidewalls in the Guide and Tempus rather than a hard post.

Fit & sizing

True to size, with a slightly narrow heel and a medium forefoot. The Endorphin line is snugger than the Ride and Triumph.

Who it suits

Runners who want one shoe for tempo work and long runs, and anyone who likes an assertive rocker.

Worth knowing

Outsole coverage is thin on the Endorphin models, so rough roads chew them faster than the spec suggests.

Best Saucony for each run

Picked from the current line by the same spec-based scoring the matcher uses — no sponsorships, no commissions.
